| These initial morning sessions are entirely fully funded by Parklife and look into the basic concepts and principles of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001, how to gain certification and what benefit it would bring to your business/organisation etc. |

| This is due to be followed up by more detailed training sessions post Xmas which looks at the processes and preparation needed to ascertain ISO 9001 etc but the exact details are yet to be decided upon. |
